Clarifying Agent for Polypropylene

Based on DCBS, NA-2 is the third generation clarifying agent for
polypropylene. Comparing with the second generation clarifying
agent NA-1, while keeping the perfect performance in reducing the
haze value and increasing transparency, NA-2 has better performance
in odor issue of final polypropylene products. NA-2 is widely used
in high-grade PP products, especially for food contact substances
and healthcare stuffs.

Property

ethanol, acetone, toluene and cyclohexane.

Application
NA-2 can obviously improve the transparency, haze value, gloss,
HDT, rigidity, flexural modulus and tensile strength of PP film,
sheet and injection products, and help to reduce the possibility of
warpage.
Usage
NA-2 can be fed directly into injection or extrusion; or be
supplied by master batches.
Recommended dosage is 0.15～0.3%, and extruding temperature between
210～230℃.
Packaging and Storage
Packed in carton with inner PE bag, 15Kg net each.
Store in cool, dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to
the sun as well as heat source and humidity.
